How to Use
1. Preparation Before Heating
Wrap the product in a damp towel prior to microwaving. Lay it flat at room temperature in the center of a clean microwave turntable, making sure it doesn’t touch the microwave walls. Disable any extra features like “browning” mode. Do not use a conventional oven or combination microwave/oven, as this may result in burns, product damage, or safety risks.
2. Heating Instructions
Microwave for 60 seconds at 800W or 40 seconds at 1000W. Then turn the wrap inside out and upside down, shake it thoroughly, and heat for another 60 or 40 seconds depending on wattage. For reheating, add 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W). Never exceed a total heating time of 180 seconds.
3. Safety Check Before Use
Confirm the temperature is safe before placing on the body. If reheating, inspect all areas of the wrap to ensure none are overheated. Knead and rotate the wrap to evenly distribute warmth.
